Exchanges, Returns and Cancelation Policy

At Pepita Chiringo, all our products are made to order, which means each item is unique and crafted especially for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns or cancellations unless the product arrives defective or damaged.

1. Cancellations

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept cancellations once the order has been confirmed. We recommend carefully reviewing all details before confirming your purchase.

2. Returns

We do not accept returns, as the products are made to order. Returns will only be accepted if the product arrives defective or damaged.

3. Defective or Damaged Product

If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order, based on the delivery date provided by the tracking number. Please send an email to pepitachiringo@gmail.com with the following information:
  • Order number.
  • Clear photos of the damage or defect.
  • Detailed description of the issue. 

After reviewing your claim and confirming that the product has arrived defective or damaged, we will proceed to send you a replacement product at no additional cost. We do not offer refunds, only replacements.

4. Orders Lost During Shipping

We do not consider a package "lost or undelivered" until 8 weeks have passed since shipping. Based on our experience, packages typically arrive within this time frame, although delays may sometimes occur. If the package has not arrived after 8 weeks, we will proceed to send you a replacement product at no extra cost.

5. Tracking Number

f the package's tracking number indicates that it has been "delivered" or "not picked up," we are not responsible for providing a refund, as it is beyond our control. Please ensure that you provide a correct shipping address and are available to receive the package.

Claim Conditions

Claims for defective or damaged products must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order, based on the delivery date provided by the tracking number. Products that show damage due to improper use will not be considered defective and will not be replaced.

Replacement Shipping Costs

If the product is determined to be defective or arrived damaged, Pepita Chiringo will cover the shipping costs of the replacement product.
